Dr. Alden Cass offers his adolescent and adult clients confidential and individualized treatment. He caters to a client’s particular case or concerns. Sessions are made at the convenience of the client’s busy schedule. He has a strong referral base to include supplementary services such as Group Therapy, Day Treatment Programs, and local psychiatrists as needed.

ADULT TREATMENT:
Dr. Cass utilizes the most effective and current Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques and strategies to improve the client’s life. Instead of lying on a couch, the client will be sitting up engaged in the process of his/her own treatment. Dr. Cass deals with issues pertaining to:

ADOLESCENT TREATMENT:
Dr. Cass will engage and develop a creative and unique behavioral treatment plan and token economies that involve parents, teachers, guidance counselors and educational consultants. The Innervisions program is very effective at helping adolescents identify and express their complicated and underlying emotions. Early intervention in an adolescent’s life is key to prevent long-term difficulties. Dr. Cass specializes in helping adolescents and their parents with any of the above topics as well as:
